Regular Weekly Activities

You can be as active or inactive as you want at Molokai.
Whether you are one of those people who thrive on getting
involved or just like to lounge by the pool, we have you covered.

Molokai Co-Op, Inc. is the organization that manages our community.  It is made up of all the residents who own shares in the park. There are nine elected directors and a slew of volunteers who work to keep the park running smoothly. Thanks to their stewardship, we have a financially stable and well-maintained community.

Molokai Resident's Association (MRA) handles the social side of life at Molokai.  The officers and Board of Directors are elected. Dues are $10 per person per year.  They sanction all the other groups and work with them to provide various amenities.

Pick and choose what you want to do:

Molokai Mens Club meets for lunches.
They also sponsor many events and activities and donate
to several local organizations. (Nov-Apr)

Molokai Womens Club mission is to promote goodwill and fellowship among women residents of Molokai through various activities. We hold a bazaar in the spring and special dinners and events throughout the year. We also donate to several local community organizations. (Nov-Apr)

Mens and Women's Golf Leagues with a tournament
at the end of the season. (Nov - Apr)

Potluck Suppers are held the third Thursday of the month. During the season.  Organizations and streets take turns sponsoring the dinners. During the summer, it's more of a free-for-all.
We have a well stocked, large kitchen in the clubhouse for social events.

Water Aerobics are offered three times a week in our heated pool.
It's a no impact, no sweat workout.

Billiards are available in a separate billiards room.

Card games and tournaments are scheduled different times throughout the week.

Bingo, twice a week.

Shuffleboard.

Horseshoes.

Annual Outdoor Picnic with food, music and entertainment.

Art activities are scheduled with art lessons to interested residents.
A showing is held at the end of March. (Jan-Mar)

Dances are hosted monthly during the peak seasons.

Big screen TV for activities and Sunday evening movies with hot popcorn.

Our Library offers all residents a fine choice of current books and magazines.

Quilters Club meets every Friday morning to work on individual projects or kids' quilts, share techniques, show and tell, go to quilt shows, or just talk.  The "kids' quilts" are given to children through local hospitals and other organizations. Each year they make a Relay for LIfe raffle quilt and have a communal birthday party. It's a good way to make new friends.
